Allegiance Bank is headquartered at One Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd,
Pennsylvania. The bank is chartered in Pennsylvania and is insured and regulated
by the FDIC. We were formed in 1999 in response to the perception of many
people in the greater Philadelphia area that the onslaught of mergers in the
financial arena has resulted in inferior, less personal service to bank
clients.
