Functional Title: Bank Teller, King of Prussia
Branch
Position Summary: The Customer Experience Associate
(CEA) is responsible for the support of the Bank's products
and services. Assists in the daily operations of all Traditional Branch
Department functions, takes ownership and ensures timely response and
resolution of customer issues; maintains knowledge of internal resources
to mitigate disruption of services to customers; communicates
recurring or serious issues to CEM; recommends temporary work
around and viable solutions to improve customer service and response.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Accountable
for reaching the branch goals and objectives
• Develop existing
relationships by promoting and cross selling related banking
products
• Overall performance:
settlements, audits, compliance, security, customer relations,
and results
• Development
of self
• Provide remarkable
service/satisfaction in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist manager
in the tracking and monitoring of customer service calls
• Project and
uphold bank image
• Regulatory
compliant with requirements of state and federal agencies
• Product knowledge

Core Requirements:
• High School
Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum
of one year banking experience
• Propensity
for and comfort with customer interaction, business development responsibilities,
and a public persona in order to enhance the Bank’s business
strategy and growth objectives.
• Proficient
technological skill with experience using MS Office, including “Outlook”.
• Strong customer
service background exemplifying ability to deliver “Remarkable” service.
