Allegiance Bank of North America (OTC BB: ABPA) has opened a new branch in Worcester
       Township, Montgomery County. Located in the Center Point shopping center at the
            corner of Route 73 (Skippack Pike) and Route 363, Allegiance Bank celebrated
               with a special grand opening cocktail reception for customers and friends on the
                evening of Wednesday, October 4. The bank held festivities from 5:30 till 8 pm,
                starting with a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by C. Andrew Cook, Allegiance
                President and CEO, and representatives from the North Penn Chamber of
             Commerce. The reception featured refreshments and giveaways. A magician and
           a keyboard soloist performed for guests.

A special prize drawing was held for a $500 gift certificate for use at the Hotel Fiesole, a luxury hotel located on Route 73 in Skippack. The winner was Leonard Fox of Fox & Fox, Attorneys at Law, in Norristown.
