Allegiance Bank Becomes Corporate Sponsor
        of National Liberty Museum

Caretoons™exhibit and awards program launches affiliation with bank.

Allegiance Bank (OTC BB: ABPA), the Bala Cynwyd, PA-based retail bank,
has begun a corporate sponsorship of the National Liberty Museum. Located
two blocks from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall at 321 Chestnut Street in
Philadelphia, the museum is dedicated to celebrating the preservation of America's heritage of freedom. It houses four stories of contemporary art and exhibits honoring 2,000 heroes of all backgrounds and nationalities. There is a special emphasis on glass art, which illustrates the fragile nature of freedom, best exemplified by the massive, two-and-one-half story "Flame of Liberty" created by Dale Chihuly, America's most famous glass artist. In all, the National Liberty Museum presents to the public 128 unique works of art, 78 exhibits, 10 short films, and many interactive displays. Themes throughout the museum are indicative of the values that it is celebrating: "Coming to America," "Let Freedom Ring," "Conflict to Harmony," "Heroes Around the World," and "Liberty Through Faith."

According to Andy Cook, President and Chief Executive Officer of Allegiance Bank, "Our decision to sponsor the National Liberty Museum was easy after just one visit. The museum is inspirational and educational. Its collection is rich with examples of vision and bravery. We were very pleased with the success of the Caretoons competition as a positive way to engage the public locally and globally."

In the first-ever Caretoons™ exhibit and program, the museum invited students and adults to create cartoons that express their personal vision of peace, diversity, and concern for others. Over 500 submissions were received from America and around the world. Edward Morgan (Philadelphia, PA) won the adult grand prize; Michelle Guo (Berwyn, PA) won the student grand prize. Honorable mentions included: Elizabeth Pezzopane (HoneyBrook, PA); Vasiliy Alexandrov (Russia); Bob Beckett (Cherry Hill, NJ); Leo Garacia (Staten Island, NY); Jim Hope (Fredericksburg, VA); and Jacob Lambert (Philadelphia, PA). An awards reception was held at the museum on June 13th with special guest Tony Auth, the Philadelphia Inquirer's renowned editorial cartoonist.
