Allegiance Bank Names Dan Lalli as Area
        Manager of New Worcester Branch

                Allegiance Bank (OTC BB: ABPA) has hired Dan Lalli as Area Manager of its
                 recently opened Worcester branch. He joins Allegiance with a wealth of
                experience in sales, management, and customer service.

             Most recently, Lalli was a Branch Manager with Citizen's Bank. In addition to
           banking, he has an extensive retail management background, including several
        years with Nordstrom, the customer service-driven department store chain.

Lalli is a member of the North Penn Chamber of Commerce. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rowan University with a BA in Business and Education. He also holds an Associates of Science in Liberal Arts degree from Community College of Philadelphia. Lalli resides in King of Prussia, PA.

The bank has branches in Bala Cynwyd, Old City Philadelphia, and new offices in King of Prussia, Worcester, and Berwyn.
