Allegiance Bank Honors David Broida;
        Makes $500 Donation to Upper Merion
          Adventure Day Camp

               Allegiance Bank of North America (OTC BB: ABPA) recently presented David
              Broida with a local hero award because of his efforts as Park and Recreation
            Director for Upper Merion Township on behalf of area youth. The honor was coupled
         with a $500 donation to one of Broida's favorite programs, the township's Adventure
   Day Camp.

Broida and a group of children from the camp were on hand when Allegiance Bank celebrated the opening of its new King of Prussia branch. The bank's festivities included games, refreshments, and giveaways. Former Eagle, NFL all-star, and radio personality Hugh Douglas and the WIP Sports Radio promo team were also on hand to sign autographs and help entertain.
