   Allegiance Bank Celebrates Opening of King
        of Prussia Branch; Hugh Douglas is
          Special Guest

                Allegiance Bank of North America (OTC BB: ABPA) has opened a new branch
               on DeKalb Pike in King of Prussia. Located next to Kunda Sign, Allegiance Bank
             will celebrate with an official grand opening party for the community on Saturday,
          May 20.

The bank will hold festivities from 11 am till 2 pm that day, including games, refreshments, and giveaways. Former Eagle, NFL all-star, and radio personality Hugh Douglas will be on hand from 1 to 2 pm, signing autographs. The WIP Sports Radio promo team will also be there to help entertain.
