Allegiance Bank Names Smiley E. Dugan
        Senior Vice President and Chief Retail
         Officer

               Allegiance Bank (OTC BB: ABPA) has announced the promotion of Smiley E.
              Dugan to Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. She has been with the
            bank since 2003, serving most recently as Chief Retail Officer and prior to that as
         Vice President of Compliance and Retail. She has 28 years of experience in the
   banking industry.

Dugan works out of Allegiance's Bala Cynwyd headquarters but regularly visits each branch to manage the activities of Allegiance's five Area Managers.
